The eatye platform provides digital tools for digitizing food raw material purchases, optimizing delivery routes to industrial canteens, and controlling operating costs. Access to functionalities is based on a user account created by a legal entity or authorized individual.

To use the platform, the user must provide accurate and complete data. Each account is personal and non-transferable. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and for all actions performed under their account. Any unauthorized access must be immediately reported to info@eatye.com.

The user undertakes to use the platform exclusively for professional purposes related to their HoReCa or catering activity. It is forbidden to enter false data, attempt to destabilize the system, or use the tools for illegal activities. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the uploaded information (stocks, orders, routes).

eatye undertakes to maintain the platform functional and secure, to provide technical support within 24 hours for critical issues, and to protect user data in accordance with the privacy policy. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability in case of force majeure or scheduled maintenance interventions, announced 48 hours in advance.

eatye is not liable for indirect losses, such as commercial damages, loss of profit, or business interruption, caused by improper use of the platform or errors in data entered by the user. The total liability of eatye for any claim is limited to the value of the subscription paid in the last 12 months.

This agreement comes into effect upon account creation and remains valid for the duration of platform use. Either party may terminate the contract without penalties, with a 30-day written notice sent to info@eatye.com. In case of a serious breach of terms, eatye may suspend or deactivate the account immediately, without prior notice.

eatye reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the new terms come into force constitutes acceptance of them.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any misunderstanding will be resolved amicably, and in case of failure, disputes will be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
